About CKK

Cita Kelola Kreasi (CKK) is an information technology consultancy and systems integrator that builds and operates Business Intelligence, computer vision, Intelligent Transport System, and media intelligence solutions for Indonesian ministries, government agencies, and private-sector organisations. We bring scattered field data together into a single decision view that holds up to scrutiny.

Every product is developed in-house by the CKK team and already runs in our clients' production environments.

Vision

To be the technology partner Indonesian public institutions trust most to turn data into decisions.

Mission
01

Build systems that are accurate, secure, and auditable.

Figures that cannot be defended when someone asks for the source, the period, and the calculation method fall apart in the first meeting.

02

Hand over the knowledge along with the system.

A system only one or two people can run stops the moment they get reassigned.

03

Develop our own products.

Small change requests can queue behind an overseas head office, and licence fees can rise unilaterally.

04

Keep the system alive after the contract ends.

The application stalls the moment the maintenance period expires if nobody holds the keys.

Company values

Precision

Every figure we display has a clear source, period, and calculation method.

Compliance

Quality and information security follow ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 27001:2022 from the design stage onward.

Integration

Our systems connect to what already runs inside the institution.

Real Impact

Success is measured by what changes in the field.

Service lines

Four lines that can stand alone or combine into one system.

Each line can be procured as its own package, and all four share the same data dictionary and access controls. Adding the next line does not mean integrating from scratch.

Line 01

Data & Business Intelligence

An integrated analytics and monitoring dashboard that collects, manages, and presents operational data nationally, down to individual working units.

Sample implementations
Satu Data Angkutan BarangMinistry of Transportation
  • Multi-system data integration: e-manifest, BLUe, WIM, weighbridges, operators, and other relevant sources.
  • Geospatial violation analysis with interactive mapping to monitor violation distribution, detection points, and compliance trends.
  • Multi-source, multi-agency data exchange through standardised interfaces.
Satu Data Cipta Karya (SATUCK)Ministry of Public Works
  • A single data gateway across sectors, layers, and regions for the Directorate General of Human Settlements.
  • Centralised, real-time monitoring of infrastructure delivery and performance indicators.
  • Scheduled reports ready to download for directorate leadership.
PMO DashboardMinistry of Transportation
  • Progress tracking and management of national action-plan programmes across multiple ministries and agencies.
  • Early warning of delays for each work package.
  • A full history of target changes for audit purposes.

Stronger oversight, more effective enforcement, and policymaking supported by integrated data.

Line 02

Media Intelligence

An AI-based media intelligence platform supporting public communication duties and strategic decision-making.

Sample implementations
Korlantas Polri Media Intelligence SystemIndonesian National Police
  • Monitors thousands of news sources, social media accounts, and other digital channels in real time to detect emerging issues.
  • Sentiment analysis using Natural Language Processing tuned to Indonesian-language context, for an accurate read on public perception.
  • Identifies potential crises early and supplies insight for decision-making.
  • An intuitive data dashboard for reporting, trend tracking, and communication performance review.

Faster response to shifting public opinion, better-targeted handling of strategic issues, and public trust strengthened through a data-led approach.

Line 03

Computer Vision

Turns camera footage into structured data: objects, events, and asset condition. Models are trained on the client's own field data and can run on edge devices at the site.

Sample implementations
Traffic DetectionITS
  • Vehicle classification and volume counting.
  • Detection of lane-marking, wrong-way, and illegal-stopping violations.
  • A manual verification interface before data is put to use.
RoadSense AIRoad condition
  • Road damage detection from survey vehicle footage.
  • Automatic coordinate tagging and severity grading.
  • Export into the agency's own road asset management system.

Inspection that was manual and sample-based becomes measured, geolocated, and re-traceable.

Line 04

Managed Service

A dedicated technical team that looks after the institution's systems once the build phase is over. The institution keeps full control of its systems; we keep them running.

Service scope
Infrastructure ManagementServer, network, and storage capacity monitoring; scheduled backups and a tested recovery procedure for outages.
Database OptimisationQuery tuning, index design, and data cleanup so applications stay responsive as transaction volume grows.
Application ManagementDefect fixes, security patching, and feature adjustments that keep pace with regulatory change and operational need.
Sample implementations
Managed Service for Ditjen Hubdat ApplicationsMinistry of Transportation
  • End-to-end maintenance of the Directorate General of Land Transport application portfolio — including BLUe, SPIONAM, and the other services used by operators, implementing units, and the public.
  • One accountable team across the whole portfolio, so incidents that cross several systems are not passed between vendors.
  • Availability monitoring and incident handling against an agreed service level, including out-of-hours cover during peak application periods.
  • Tiered user support for central and regional operators, with ticket records and monthly service reports.
Applications covered
BLUeSPIONAM+ other service applications

Public-facing applications stay available and compliant without adding load to internal staff, while every incident is logged and ready for inspection.

Case studies

Three systems already running in production.

All three follow the same structure: Problem, Solution, Result. Easy to compare, and easy to cite when drafting terms of reference.

Satu Data Angkutan Barang for the ZERO ODOL programme

DG Land Transport · Nationwide · 2025–2026

A national roll-up that used to take days is now available daily, with the same figures across every unit.
PProblem

Dimension and tonnage violation data for freight vehicles sat scattered across many implementing units, each in a different format.

  • Manual consolidation took days.
  • Figures often disagreed between units once tabled in meetings.
  • Enforcement effectiveness was hard to assess region by region.
SSolution

CKK built a single freight data channel: one indicator definition, integrated sources, and an oversight dashboard.

  • Integration of weighbridge, manifest, and operator data.
  • A data dictionary agreed by every implementing unit.
  • Operator training at both regional and central units.
RResult

The national roll-up is now produced daily with consistent figures.

  • One source of figures for leadership meetings and public releases.
  • Enforcement can be directed to the highest-risk road sections.
  • A complete history is available for inspection.

SATUCK: real-time data across the Cipta Karya sectors

DG Human Settlements · Nationwide · 2025–2026

Leadership can see national progress the same day, right down to individual working units.
PProblem

Progress was reported separately by regional office and province, so the national picture always lagged behind.

  • Tiered reporting meant data was already stale on arrival.
  • Reporting formats differed between working units.
  • Delays were difficult to spot early.
SSolution

SATUCK consolidates reporting from every working unit into one real-time dashboard with uniform indicators.

  • Data entered at source, with no tiered consolidation.
  • Automatic validation before data enters an official report.
  • Early warning of delays for each work package.
RResult

National progress is visible the same day, down to working unit level.

  • Control meetings work from a single agreed figure.
  • Interventions can be aimed at the packages falling behind.
  • A change trail is retained for audit.

Indonesian Traffic Police (Korlantas)

Daily media monitoring and special operations support

Media Intelligence · 34 regional commands · 2025–2026

A media summary lands every morning, and spiking issues are known the same day.
PProblem

Traffic issues move fast on social media, while media reports were compiled by hand and only ready the following day.

  • Spikes were often noticed only after they had spread.
  • Regional monitoring was inconsistent between commands.
  • Special operations needed intensive, temporary monitoring.
SSolution

A media intelligence platform with 24-hour monitoring, issue mapping by region, and a special operations mode.

  • Early alerts when issue volume crosses a threshold.
  • Automated daily summaries for leadership.
  • A dedicated monitoring board for the duration of an operation.
RResult

The media summary is ready each morning and spikes are detected the same day.

  • Communication responses are built on data.
  • Consistent monitoring across every region.
  • A news archive ready to draw on when drafting official statements.
